I went to get a retouch of highlights with BOBBI NELSON she did a really badddddddd job my hair ended up looking all brassy orangeeeeee!!!!!!! and her excuse was that my hair was tooo black??????? ok i guess they did not teach her how to work with black hair at school..she left me in the drier for like an hour my scalp was burning the whole time but like the owner( tracey) said because of my nationality i should of stayed there longer hahaha people here are racist if ur not white dont go there.........she offered to fix it yeah like i was gonna risk it its obvious she dont know how to do her job....and when i went and talked to her she was rude and unprofessional..do not go to this salon!!!!!! by the way i went and got my hair done somewhere else and they were able to fix it and i was in the dryer for 10 min....so u people that work there need to learn how to work with black hair without damaging it...and stop being racist i will put your name out there for not giving me my money back....
